Ingredients
- 4 strips of thick cut bacon, cooked and chopped
- 1 bunch of green onions, cut into ½ inch pieces
- 1 pound of small potatoes, boiled and cooled
- 2 carrots, grated
- ½ cup of Kewpie mayo
- ¼ cup This Little Goat went to Hong Kong
Instructions
- Combine Kewpie and This Little Goat went to Hong Kong Sauce
- Gently press cooked potatoes just until the skin breaks.
- Pour This Little Goat went to Hong Kong Sauce mixture over the potatoes, mix in bacon, grated carrots and onions and enjoy!
