Spicy Crunch Yogurt Carrots





  1. Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, toss the peeled and washed carrots with brown sugar and a tablespoon of chili oil. Ensure that the carrots are well coated with the mixture.
  3. Place the seasoned carrots in the preheated air fryer and cook for approximately 15 minutes, or until the carrots are tender and slightly caramelized. Give them a toss halfway through to ensure even cooking.
  4. While the carrots are cooking, swirl the yogurt with spicy crunch in a separate bowl. Mix well to combine the flavors.
  5. Once the carrots are done, remove them from the air fryer and let them cool slightly.
  6. To serve, place a generous dollop of plain greek yogurt and swirl in Spicy Crunch on a plate or platter. Arrange the cooked carrots on top of the yogurt.
