- ¼ cup shredded chicken
- 2 tbsp This Little Goat went to Hong Kong
- 2 tbsp Kewpie mayo
- ⅛ cup shredded carrots
- ⅛ cup shredded lettuce
Instructions
- In a small bowl, combine This Little Goat went to Hong Kong and Kewpie mayo. Mix them together until you have a creamy and flavorful sauce.
- Lay the flour tortilla or wrap flat on a clean surface.
- Spread 1 tablespoon of the Hong Kong sauce mixture onto the center of the tortilla, leaving a border around the edges.
- In the same bowl with the remaining sauce, toss the shredded chicken and the shredded vegetables (carrots and lettuce) until they are well coated with the sauce.
- Place the sauced chicken and vegetable mixture onto the tortilla, centered on the sauce.
- Fold in the sides of the tortilla and then roll it from the bottom, creating a tight wrap.
- Once the wrap is rolled, cut it into your desired sizes, whether you prefer bite-sized pieces or larger sections.
