Hong Kong Kabocha Squash

It’s sweater weather and squash season. This pairs with our Hong Kong Spiced Pecans, which you can find the recipe for here


This Little Goat went to Hong Kong

Kabocha squash

Olive oil

Half stick of butter

Chocolate mint (or any type of mint) for garnish

Spiced pecans for garnish


Remove seeds and pulp from squash

Cut squash in 1 inch pieces

Toss with oil and Hong Kong sauce until evenly coated

Add squash and knobs of butter to air fryer and fry at 375 degrees F for 15 minutes

Remove squash from air fryer and pour browned butter into a mixing bowl

Add more Hong Kong sauce to butter and spoon over squash

Garnish with mint and pecans
