Hong Kong Brown Butter Gravy

Not to be dramatic, but this might be THE best gravy you'll ever taste in your life. You can thank us later!


1/4 cup This Little Goat went to Hong Kong

1/2 cup brown butter

1 quart chicken stock

2 cups sourdough insides 


Add Hong Kong, brown butter, and chicken stock to a saucepan and simmer until it is reduced by one third. Transfer to a blender.

Add sourdough insides to the Hong Kong mixture and blend until smooth.
