- 1/4 cup This Little Goat went to Hong Kong
- 1/2 cup brown butter
- 1 quart chicken stock
- 2 cups sourdough insides
- Add Hong Kong, brown butter, and chicken stock to a saucepan and simmer until it is reduced by one third. Transfer to a blender.
- Add sourdough insides to the Hong Kong mixture and blend until smooth.
