Crunchy Hong Kong Acorn Squash

  1. Season cut and cleaned acorn squash with salt
  2. Place pads of butter in each half of the squash and drizzle with Hong Kong sauce
  3. Place facedown on a lined sheet tray and roast at 375 F for 15-20 minutes, until tender
  4. Serve and pour sauce from pan over top
  5. Sprinkle New York Everything Crunch and tarragon over top
