Ingredients
- 1/4 cup This Little Goat went to Hong Kong
- This Little Goat went to New York
- 2 medium acorn squashes, cut in half and deseeded
- 1/4 lbs butter
- 2 tsp salt
- 2 sprigs fresh tarragon
Directions
- Season cut and cleaned acorn squash with salt
- Place pads of butter in each half of the squash and drizzle with Hong Kong sauce
- Place facedown on a lined sheet tray and roast at 375 F for 15-20 minutes, until tender
- Serve and pour sauce from pan over top
- Sprinkle New York Everything Crunch and tarragon over top
