Crunchy Hong Kong Acorn Squash

If we tell you acorny joke, do you promise to laugh? 

Ingredients

1/4 cup This Little Goat went to Hong Kong

This Little Goat went to New York

2 medium acorn squashes, cut in half and deseeded 

1/4 lbs butter

2 tsp salt

2 sprigs fresh tarragon 

Directions

Season cut and cleaned acorn squash with salt
Place pads of butter in each half of the squash and drizzle with Hong Kong sauce
Place facedown on a lined sheet tray and roast at 375 F for 15-20 minutes, until tender
Serve and pour sauce from pan over top
Sprinkle New York Everything Crunch and tarragon over top
