- 1 lb. fresh cranberries
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- juice and zest of 1 orange (about 1/4 cup juice and 1 tbsp zest)
- 1 1/2 tsp this little goat went to belize
- 1 tsp kosher salt
- Add all ingredients to a medium saucepan and mix to combine. Bring to a simmer over medium heat. Continue cooking, stirring occasionally, until the cranberries burst and the mixture has thickened, about 15 minutes.
- Season to taste with salt and sugar, as desired, and let cool completely before serving. The cranberries will continue to thicken as they cool.
