Yucatán Brussel Sprouts with Craisins and Almonds

Ingredients

  • This Little Goat went to Yucatán
  • 2 tbs vegetable oil
  • 2 pounds Brussel sprouts, sliced in thick pieces
  • 1/2 cup craisins
  • 1/4 cup sliced almonds
  • Butter
  • Pinch of salt

Directions

  1. Heat the vegetable oil in a large, heavy bottom skillet, then add your Brussels sprouts. Sauté until caramelized
  2. Add in Yucatán, butter, craisins, and almonds. Stir until evenly incorporated. Season with salt to taste
