Ingredients
- This Little Goat went to Yucatán
- 2 tbs vegetable oil
- 2 pounds Brussel sprouts, sliced in thick pieces
- 1/2 cup craisins
- 1/4 cup sliced almonds
- Butter
- Pinch of salt
Directions
- Heat the vegetable oil in a large, heavy bottom skillet, then add your Brussels sprouts. Sauté until caramelized
- Add in Yucatán, butter, craisins, and almonds. Stir until evenly incorporated. Season with salt to taste
