Tropical Chili Crunch BLT


  • 4 slices of bread
  • 2 tomatoes, sliced
  • 1 head of lettuce, separated
  • 2 tbsp This Little Goat Tropical Chili Crunch
  • 1/3 cup Kewpie mayo
  • 8 slices of bacon
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar


  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Place a single layer of bacon on a sheet pan and evenly distribute brown sugar on top of each slice. Bake in the preheated oven for about 20 minutes or until the bacon is dark and crispy.
  3. Remove the bacon from the oven and allow it to cool on a rack, which will help it maintain its crispiness.
  4. In a small bowl, mix together the Kewpie mayo and Tropical Chili Crunch sauce, creating a flavorful spread for the sandwiches.
  5. Spread the Tropical Chili Crunch mayo mixture on one side of each slice of bread.
  6. Assemble the sandwiches by layering bacon, tomato slices, and lettuce leaves between the bread slices.
