Ingredients
- 2 cups sugar
- 2 cups water
- 2 cups quartered strawberries
- 2oz whiskey
- 0.75oz lemon juice
- 0.75oz strawberry syrup
- 0.25oz This Little Goat went to Tokyo
Directions
Strawberry Syrup
- Combine sugar and water over low heat until sugar dissolves.
- Add quartered strawberries to pot and stir on low heat until they soften and start to lose color.
- Cut heat, let cool, and then strain out strawberry solids.
Cocktail
- Shake whiskey, lemon juice, strawberry syrup, and 0.25oz of This Little Goat went to Tokyo.
- Strain into a rocks glass with ice.
- Garnish with strawberry or lemon swath.
