½ cup cherry tomatoes
- 1 tablespoon This Little Goat Original Chili Crunch
- 1 can tuna
- 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon fresh dill
- Juice of half a lemon
- Your favorite toasted bread
Instructions
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and add a drizzle of This Little Goat Original Chili Crunch. Add the cherry tomatoes to the skillet and cook, stirring occasionally, until they start to blister and soften.
- Once the cherry tomatoes are blistered, remove them from the heat and let them cool slightly.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the blistered cherry tomatoes with the canned tuna, mayonnaise, fresh dill, and the juice of half a lemon. Gently mix everything together, ensuring that the ingredients are well incorporated.
- Taste and adjust the seasoning if needed. You can add more Original Chili Crunch for extra heat or squeeze in more lemon juice for a tangier flavor.
- To serve, spread the spicy tuna salad generously on your favorite toasted bread. You can choose a crusty baguette, a soft sandwich bread, or any bread of your preference.
