Southeast Asia Roasted Carrots

Everybunny’s going to love this Thai twist on a fall staple dish!

Ingredients

Bundle of tricolor carrots

2 tbs This Little Goat went to Southeast Asia

Pinch of salt

This Little Goat went to Thailand for garnish

Basil for garnish

Directions

In a baking sheet or roasting pan, coat carrots with TLG Southeast Asia sauce and sprinkle with salt.

Roast for 20-30 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes, at 425 degrees F, and serve hot. Enjoy!
