Nuts About You Hazelnut Radish Salad

Ingredients

  • 2 bunches of easter or red radishes
  • 2 grapefruits
  • 1 cup gorgonzola
  • Handful of mint
  • 1/2 cup whole blanched hazelnuts
  • 3 tbsp Original Chili Crunch and more for topping

 

Directions

  1. Preheat airfryer to 385 F.
  2. Toss hazelnuts in 1 tsp Original Chili Crunch oil and roast nuts for 2 minutes, remove from airfryer and set aside at room temperature
  3. Preheat airfryer to 400 F.
  4. Halve the smaller radishes and quarter the larger ones and coat in Original Chili Crunch oil.
  5. Roast oil coated radish for 7 minutes or until golden and soft.
  6. Rough chop mint and roasted nuts.
  7. Segment grapefruit by removing pith, peeled and separated grapefruit pieces work well though segmented is a lot more yummy.
  8. Plate radish, nuts, grapefruit, and gorgonzola, add top with Original Chili Crunch, grapefruit juice and mint.
