Ingredients
- 2 bunches of easter or red radishes
- 2 grapefruits
- 1 cup gorgonzola
- Handful of mint
- 1/2 cup whole blanched hazelnuts
- 3 tbsp Original Chili Crunch and more for topping
Directions
- Preheat airfryer to 385 F.
- Toss hazelnuts in 1 tsp Original Chili Crunch oil and roast nuts for 2 minutes, remove from airfryer and set aside at room temperature
- Preheat airfryer to 400 F.
- Halve the smaller radishes and quarter the larger ones and coat in Original Chili Crunch oil.
- Roast oil coated radish for 7 minutes or until golden and soft.
- Rough chop mint and roasted nuts.
- Segment grapefruit by removing pith, peeled and separated grapefruit pieces work well though segmented is a lot more yummy.

Plate radish, nuts, grapefruit, and gorgonzola, add top with Original Chili Crunch, grapefruit juice and mint.
