Korea Spiced Reishi Bloody Mary

Ingredients

  • 3 oz vodka
  • 1 ½ tbsp This Little Goat went to Korea
  • 10 oz Natalie's Tomato Reishi Juice
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • Ice
  • 2 cocktail swords/skewers
  • 2 cubes of cheddar cheese
  • 2 baby corns
  • ⅛ cup of kimchi, drained and chopped
  • 2 pickled pearl onions
  • 2 pieces of green onion, cut to fit the glass
  • ⅛ cup This Little Goat went to Korea
  • ⅛ cup salt

Directions

  1. Prepare the garnish skewers by layering the kimchi, pickled pearl onion, cheddar cheese cubes, and baby corn onto each cocktail sword/skewer. This combination of flavors will add an extra kick and an enjoyable texture to your cocktail experience.
  2. To create a unique rim for the glasses, dip the rims into This Little Goat went to Korea sauce, ensuring they are evenly coated. Then dip the rims into the salt, shaking gently to remove any excess. This will add a touch of spice and enhance the presentation of your cocktail.
  3. Fill the glasses with ice, according to your preference.
  4. In a shaker filled with ice, combine Natalie's Tomato Reishi Juice, vodka, lime juice, and This Little Goat went to Korea sauce. Shake the mixture vigorously to thoroughly combine the flavors and chill the cocktail.
  5. Divide the mixed beverage into the two prepared glasses, pouring it over the ice.
  6. Garnish each cocktail with the skewers, gently placing them across the rim of the glass. Add a piece of green onion to each glass, ensuring it fits neatly.
  7. Your Korea Spiced Reishi Bloody Mary is now ready to be enjoyed. Sip and savor the unique blend of spicy, tangy, and savory flavors with each refreshing sip.
