Ingredients
- 3 lbs beef short ribs
- 1 large yellow onion
- 1 cup This Little Goat went to Korea
- 1 cup chicken stock
- Salt
Directions
- Season ribs with salt
- Combine chicken stock and This Little Goat went to Korea
- On sauté function of Instant Pot sear seasoned ribs
- Add onion into pot and stock mixture
- Turn of sauté function and set Instant Pot to pressure cook on high with quick release for 45 minutes
- Once the time is completed and pressure is released remove ribs and allow to cool separately
- Set Instant Pot to sauté function and allow sauce to reduce until thick
