French Bread Pizza went to Tokyo

Ingredients

  • 1 loaf of french bread
  • 1/2 cup + 2 tbsp + 3 tbsp This Little Goat Went to Tokyo, separated
  • ¼ cup butter, unsalted and melted
  • 2 cups mozzarella, shredded
  • 1 cup pineapple chunks
  • 2 pieces of thick sliced ham, cut into squares
  • ⅛ cup cilantro, minced
  • 1 chili, sliced (optional)

Directions

  1. In a heated pan, sear pineapple and ham adding 3 tbsp This Little Goat went to Tokyo sauce right before turning the heat off and tossing for a final time. Set cooked and coated mixture to the side.
  2. Preheat the oven to 425 F. Slice french bread in half horizontally. 
  3. Combine melted butter with 2 tbsp This Little Goat went to Tokyo sauce. Coat both sides of bread with This Little Goat went to Tokyo sauce butter mixture in a preheated oven for 5 minutes.
  4.  Coat toasted bread with more This Little Goat went to Tokyo sauce followed by cheese and remaining toppings. Bake for 15 more minutes or until the cheese is melted, sprinkle with cilantro, cut and enjoy!
