- 5 tbsp This Little Goat Tropical Chili Crunch
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
- 2 cups feta cheese
- 10 oz cherry tomatoes
- Fresh dill
- Start by dry pan roasting the cherry tomatoes. Heat a pan over medium heat and add the cherry tomatoes. Allow them to cook, turning occasionally, until they start to blister and release their juices.
- Smash the roasted cherry tomatoes with the back of your spatula and add 3 tbsp of Tropical Chili Crunch to the pan. Stir well to combine and allow the mixture to simmer and reduce for a few minutes. Set aside and let it cool.
- In a high-speed blender or food processor, combine the Greek yogurt, feta cheese, and 2 tbsp of Tropical Chili Crunch oil. Blend or process until the ingredients are well combined and the mixture is smooth and creamy. Adjust the consistency by adding more oil if desired.
- Spread the whipped feta dip onto a plate, creating a smooth and even layer.
- Top the whipped dip with the chili crunch tomato topping, spreading it evenly across the surface. Garnish with fresh dill for added flavor and a pop of color.
