Tropical Chili Crunch Poke

Ingredients

  • ¼ cup Kewpie mayo
  • 3 tbsp Tropical Chili Crunch
  • ½ cup red onion, thinly sliced
  • ½ cup raspberries
  • 1 avocado, diced
  • 1 cup edamame, unshelled
  • 1 lbs sashimi grade tuna, cut into squares
  • 2 cup jasmine rice, cooked

Instructions

  1. Combine Kewpie mayo and Tropical Chili Crunch in a large bowl.
  2. Toss tuna, followed by onion, edamame, avocado and raspberries into dressing.
  3. Serve over rice with extra Tropical Chili Crunch!
