Ingredients
- ¼ cup Kewpie mayo
- 3 tbsp Tropical Chili Crunch
- ½ cup red onion, thinly sliced
- ½ cup raspberries
- 1 avocado, diced
- 1 cup edamame, unshelled
- 1 lbs sashimi grade tuna, cut into squares
- 2 cup jasmine rice, cooked
Instructions
- Combine Kewpie mayo and Tropical Chili Crunch in a large bowl.
- Toss tuna, followed by onion, edamame, avocado and raspberries into dressing.
- Serve over rice with extra Tropical Chili Crunch!
