Spicy Crunchy Quick Tater Salad



  1. Boil small waxy potatoes.
  2. While boiling potatoes, thinly slice red onion. Pour seasoned rice wine vinegar over for 5 min to quick pickle. 
  3. Smash potatoes!
  4. Top with pickles and scallions
  5. Drizzle with Kewpie Mayo.
