- 1 pound peeled and washed carrots
- 1 cup yogurt
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 2 tbsp This Little Goat Spicy Chili Crunch
- Salt to taste
- Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, toss the peeled and washed carrots with brown sugar and a tablespoon of chili oil. Ensure that the carrots are well coated with the mixture.
- Place the seasoned carrots in the preheated air fryer and cook for approximately 15 minutes, or until the carrots are tender and slightly caramelized. Give them a toss halfway through to ensure even cooking.
- While the carrots are cooking, swirl the yogurt with spicy chili crunch in a separate bowl. Mix well to combine the flavors.
- Once the carrots are done, remove them from the air fryer and let them cool slightly.
- To serve, place a generous dollop of plain greek yogurt and swirl in Spicy Chili Crunch on a plate or platter. Arrange the cooked carrots on top of the yogurt.
