Ingredients
- 1 tbsp seasoned rice vinegar
- 1 ½ tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp Spicy Chili Crunch
- ½ cup snow peas
- ½ cup spinach
- 2 green onions, thinly sliced
- ½ c chicken, cooked and shredded
- ¼ lime
- 1 serving Nona Lim Traditional Ramen Noodles, boiled and chilled
Instructions
- In a large mason jar, pour in seasoned rice vinegar, soy sauce, and Spicy Chili Crunch.
- Layer in the jar chicken, snow peas, spinach, ramen noodles, followed by scallions, and hold the lime wedge separately.
- When ready to serve, pour in hot water to allow the ramen to sit in the jar with the lid on for 4 minutes.
- Pour ramen into a large bowl and serve with lime.
