- 1 head of green cabbage, cut into wedges
- Spicy Chili Crunch
- Cooking oil as needed
- Heat pan over medium high heat
- Season cabbage wedges with salt
- Place on hot pan coated with oil
- Sear cabbage on both sides for about 5 minutes, or until color changes to golden brown, adding more oil if necessary
- Top with Spicy Chili Crunch and enjoy!
