Spicy Chili Crunch Baked Brie

Ingredients

  • 1 sheet of puff pastry, thawed and rolled out
  • 1 round of brie
  • 3 tbs of Spicy Chili Crunch
  • 1 egg whisked with a splash of water

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 F
  2. Place rolled out and thawed puff pastry onto a baking sheet
  3. Place round of brie in center of rolled out and thawed puff pastry
  4. Score round of brie by making shallow cuts into top rind into a grid
  5. Top with Spicy Chili Crunch
  6. Fold dough over brie by bringing each outside edge to corner to form a pleat
  7. Brush folded dough with egg wash
  8. Bake for 30 minutes at 350 F. Let cook for 5-10 minutes before serving
