Ingredients
- 1 sheet of puff pastry, thawed and rolled out
- 1 round of brie
- 3 tbs of Spicy Chili Crunch
- 1 egg whisked with a splash of water
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 F
- Place rolled out and thawed puff pastry onto a baking sheet
- Place round of brie in center of rolled out and thawed puff pastry
- Score round of brie by making shallow cuts into top rind into a grid
- Top with Spicy Chili Crunch
- Fold dough over brie by bringing each outside edge to corner to form a pleat
- Brush folded dough with egg wash
- Bake for 30 minutes at 350 F. Let cook for 5-10 minutes before serving
