No Churn India Spiced Ice Cream

1 14-ounce can sweetened condensed milk

1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

2 tsp This Little Goat went to India

1/2 tsp ground cinnamon

Fine salt

2 cups heavy cream, cold


Place a metal loaf pan or insulated ice cream storage container in the freezer to chill while you prepare the ice cream.

In a large bowl, whisk together the sweetened condensed milk, vanilla extract, This Little Goat went to India, cinnamon and a pinch of fine salt. Set aside.

Using a hand mixer or stand mixer fitted with the whisk attachment, whip the cream until it holds stiff peaks, about 2-3 minutes, being careful not to over-whip.

Using a rubber spatula, slowly fold the whipped cream into the condensed milk mixture in two batches. Mix gently until no streaks remain.

Pour mixture into a chilled loaf pan or ice cream storage container and wrap tightly with plastic wrap. Freeze until solid, about 5 hours.
