Ingredients
- 15 oz vanilla cake mix
- 1 pint Sunscoop Toasted Coconut Butter Coconut Cream
- 2 tsp This Little Goat went to Morocco Spice
- 3 eggs
- 3 tbsp butter
- ¼ c sugar
- 12 c bundt pan
- 1 c powdered sugar
- 2 tbsp butter, unsalted and softened
- 2 tsp coconut milk
- 1 cup of coconut shreds, toasted
Instructions
- Heat oven to 325 F
- Butter bundt pan and coat in sugar pouring out any excess
- In a large mixing bowl combine cake mix, Sunscoop Toasted Coconut Butter Coconut Cream, morocco spice an eggs
- Bake for 45 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean
- Remove cake from pan and allow to cool
- While cake is cooling whist together powdered sugar, butter, and coconut milk to make icing
- Pour icing over cooled cake followed by coconut shreds and enjoy!
