Morocco Spiced Cake


  • 15 oz vanilla cake mix
  • 1 pint Sunscoop Toasted Coconut Butter Coconut Cream
  • 2 tsp This Little Goat went to Morocco Spice
  • 3 eggs
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • ¼ c sugar
  • 12 c bundt pan
  • 1 c powdered sugar
  • 2 tbsp butter, unsalted and softened
  • 2 tsp coconut milk
  • 1 cup of coconut shreds, toasted


  1. Heat oven to 325 F
  2. Butter bundt pan and coat in sugar pouring out any excess
  3. In a large mixing bowl combine cake mix, Sunscoop Toasted Coconut Butter Coconut Cream, morocco spice an eggs
  4. Bake for 45 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean
  5. Remove cake from pan and allow to cool
  6. While cake is cooling whist together powdered sugar, butter, and coconut milk to make icing
  7. Pour icing over cooled cake followed by coconut shreds and enjoy!
