Moroccan Spiced Popcorn



  1. Mix melted butter and This Little Goat went to Morocco
  2. Heat a large sauce pan or pot able to hold 12 cups
  3. Coat bottom of pan with neutral oil. Place a popcorn kernels in pan to check oil. When the test popcorn kernel pops the oil is ready and the testing kernels should be removed
  4. Pour remaining kernels into pan and coat with oil before placing lid onto pan. If your lid does not have ventilation holes leave lid partially skewed to prevent popcorn from steaming
  5. Once popcorn popping has slowed down removed popcorn from pan and transfer to a large bowl and toss in spice butter mixture. Sprinkle salt to taste, toss and enjoy!
