Moroccan Honey Glazed Cornbread

150g sugar

6g salt

175g all purpose flour

75g corn meal

15g baking powder

67.5g eggs

153g buttermilk

143.5g butter

19g honey


Moroccan Honey Glaze Ingredients

25g butter

1/4 cup honey

1/4 tsp This Little Goat went to Morocco


  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
  2. Place all dry ingredients in a mixer with the paddle attachment. Stir low to combine.
  3. Add eggs, honey, buttermilk, and mix on medium speed until completely incorporated.
  4. Spray a glass 6x9" baking dish with pan spray and place batter in pan.
  5. Place in the center of the preheated oven and cook for 20 minutes. The batter should start to pull away from sides and become golden brown on top.
  6. Brush Moroccan honey glaze on top and serve!
