Place the banana in a mixing bowl and mash with a fork until broken down. Stir in the milk, yogurt, maple syrup and vanilla until combined. Add in the oats, chia seeds, India spice, cinnamon and salt. Mix until well combined. \nTransfer to a mason jar or other resealable storage container. Refrigerate for at least 5 hours, ideally overnight. If desired, top with sliced banana, nut butter and\/or roasted nuts before serving.
