Hong Kong Pecan Pie


  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup dark corn syrup
  • 1/3 cup dark brown sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 3 tbs this little goat went to hong kong
  • 1 tsp kosher salt
  • 1 stick (4 oz) unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 cups pecans, chopped
  • 1 unbaked pie shell


  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine eggs, corn syrup, brown sugar, vanilla, TLG Hong Kong, butter and salt until smooth
  3. Stir in the pecans and pour into the pie shell
  4. Bake in the oven until the top is browned and set
