Ingredients
- 1 lb fresh cranberries
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- Juice and zest of 1 orange (about ¼ cup juice and 1 tbs zest)
- 1 1/2 tsp This Little Goat went to Hong Kong
- 1 tsp kosher salt
Directions
- Add all ingredients, except zest, to a medium saucepan and mix to combine. Bring to a simmer over medium heat. Continue cooking, stirring occasionally, until the cranberries burst and the mixture has thickened, about 15 minutes.
- Season to taste with salt and sugar, as desired, and let cool completely before serving. Top with orange zest.
*The cranberries will continue to thicken as they cool.
