Creamy Crunchy Avocado Dip


  • 2 medium ripe avocados
  • 2 oz. cream cheese, softened 
  • 2 Tbsp Kewpie mayo (or regular mayo if unable to find Kewpie)
  • 2 Tbsp fresh lime juice
  • 1 tsp kosher salt, plus more to taste

  • Tortilla chips and/or crunchy veggies, for serving


  1. Halve the avocados and remove the pits. Scoop out the flesh and add to a blender or food processor along with the cream cheese, mayo, lime juice and salt. Blend on medium-high until smooth and creamy. Season to taste with salt and additional lime juice, as desired. 
  2. Transfer to a serving bowl. Top with a sprinkle of This Little Goat went to Mexico crunch for a spicy, lime-y, crunchy finish! Serve alongside tortilla chips or crunchy veggies for dipping.
