- 2 ½ tbsp Chili Lime Chili Crunch
- ½ cup roasted and salted peanuts, roughly chopped
- 4 persian cucumbers, cut into 2 inch pieces
- 2 medium tomatoes, cut into 1/8ths
- 1 small red onion, thinly sliced
- 2 limes, juiced
- 1 tbsp sugar
- Combine sugar, lime juice, and Chili Lime Chili Crunch in a large bowl.
- Toss cucumbers, tomatoes, onion and peanuts into the dressing and enjoy!
