Ingredients
- This Little Goat Spicy Chili Crunch
- 2 cups fontina
- 3 cups gouda
- 2.5 tbs cornstarch mixed with 1/2 cup water
- 1 qt heavy cream
- 2 pinches of salt
Directions
- Grate cheese
- In a saucepan, add cream and cheeses. Heat over medium heat and whisk together until combined
- Mix water and cornstarch. We like to shake it up! Add to saucepan
- Once smooth and combined, add cheese to a serving dish. We used a cauldron in the spirit of spooky szn!
- Add spoonfuls of chili crunch and enjoy the ooey gooey goodness
