Ingredients
- 2 lbs shrimp, deshelled with tail on
- Spicy Chili Crunch
- Salt
- Neutral oil (examples: canola, vegetable, grapeseed, and corn oil)
Directions
- Pat shrimp dry and salt
- Heat pan on medium heat. When hot, coat pan in neutral oil
- Add shrimp, being careful not to overcrowd. Cook until tail curls
- Flip shrimp and quickly cook on the other side
- Garnish with herbs and serve with Spicy Chili Crunch for dipping
