Buttery Spicy Chili Crunch "Shrimp Cocktail"


  • 2 lbs shrimp, deshelled with tail on
  • Spicy Chili Crunch
  • Salt 
  • Neutral oil (examples: canola, vegetable, grapeseed, and corn oil)


  1. Pat shrimp dry and salt
  2. Heat pan on medium heat. When hot, coat pan in neutral oil
  3. Add shrimp, being careful not to overcrowd. Cook until tail curls 
  4. Flip shrimp and quickly cook on the other side
  5. Garnish with herbs and serve with Spicy Chili Crunch for dipping
