  • 3 tbsp This Little Goat Tropical Chili Crunch, plus extra for serving
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped onion
  • 1 lb mashed potatoes (approx. 2 cups)
  • 1 cup leftover vegetables (such as cabbage, snap peas, and green onion)
  • 1/4 cup cooked Spam (or any cooked meat of your choice)


  1. In a medium-hot pan, sauté the finely chopped onion in This Little Goat Tropical Chili Crunch, allowing the flavors to meld together and create a spicy and tangy base for the dish.
  2. Add the leftover vegetables and mashed potatoes to the pan, combining them with the sautéed onion and Tropical Chili Crunch mixture. The combination of veggies and potatoes will create a flavorful and colorful medley.
  3. Mix in the cooked Spam (or any cooked meat of your choice) to add a savory and delicious element to the Bubble and Squeak.
  4. Push the mixture together in the pan, forming a large pattie shape. Allow it to cook all the way through, ensuring the pattie becomes crispy on the outside and cooked evenly on the inside.
