Ingredients
- ⅓ tsp seasoned rice vinegar
- 1 large shallot, about ⅓ c minced
- ⅛ tsp This Little Goat went to Belize
Directions
- Heat vinegar, salt, sugar, and This Little Goat Went To Belize.
- Add small diced or minced shallot to heat proof jar.
- Pour heated and well-combined vinegar mixture over shallots.
- Allow to cool and marinate for 2 hours minimum and serve with fresh oysters.
